We took our truck in to be looked at for a stuck thermostat, engine light on, and engine fan running continuously after the engine was off. Wednesday, the day of our appt everything was fine and we decided to have it looked at since this was a recurring issue. Turned out the thermostat and fan were both failing, along with the serpentine belt. Time given for repairs was Friday, worse case Monday. They were able to get everything done and back to us by Thursday! Everyone is extremely nice at Raymond’s and we will definitely use them again.

I purchased a 1997 GMCP 3500 before I purchased it. I took it into your shop and had them do an inspection and they said it’s a good vehicle. They told me it just needed some minor things replaced. I took it back and then they tell me all these problems I spent $5371.67 and then spent $1176.67 on new tires. I drive the vehicle approximately 5 miles and noticed a knocking noise that wasn’t there when I took it in and it still have a . I contacted them told him about the problem brought it back in spent another $2518.21 for a fuel leak that was supposed to been fixed the first time I went in. on the second invoice, they told me they had to replace one of the fill injectors because they couldn’t get it out. I was worried when the ownership changed but not now. Superb quality people (the same ones!) and superb quality service. I had my 2h Featherlite trailer serviced and checked for road worthiness. They were direct, honest, and quick . They trailer was completed in two days, and the total came in under my estimate .
