INEOS Grenadier Arrowhead

Dillon was great to work with. We live in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, and we were looking at purchasing a 2019 Toyota Land Cruiser that they had on the lot. Dillon made the entire process seamless, answering every question and concern before I traveled out to pick the car up. Fair pricing, great customer care, and honesty. If we ever need a Grenadier, we’re coming back to Dillon!

I'm not a person typically writing reviews, and I never thought I would for a car dealership, but here it is. Similar to many others before me, I was simply impressed by how Ramiro, Nick, and Dillon supported my needs. White glove service from beginning to end. From sending a Lift to pick me up at the airport, to filling up the tank, and much beyond. And all that considering that I was not even buying a Grenadier, I was buying a used Wrangler. The sales experience was absolutely amazing. It wasn't rushed, pushed or a pain. It was relaxing, fun, and set at my pace. I came from out of town, brought in my trade and we started the game. Ramiro, Jerry and Nick were on the case and answered all questions I had. I test drove the vehicle I had wanted from the website, and told them "Let's do it". Alina walked in with the financing and was able to get that done fast.
