Ok, this review is long overdue. I purchased a 2005 ford f350 with a lift gate from Infinite auto mall back in 2017 -2018 with roughly 200k miles on it. Here we are five years later, and this daily used work truck is still running stronger than ever with nearly 270k miles. Not only am I thrilled with the truck. But, this family-owned and operated business went above and beyond to ensure that all my expectations were met throughout the entire process. Thank you, Sol and family, for providing me with a quality vehicle and excellent customer service!

Infinite Auto Mall went above and beyond to not only help me get my car on time to get to school, but to make sure it was at its best quality. It is a beautiful car and has very reasonable financing. They continue to help me with any issues I have with it and are nothing but honest and helpful. Me review keeps getting deleted. Do not purchase from this place. They do not return calls. The cars are lemons!! If you purchase a vehicle with over 100k miles NYS lemon law doesn’t apply. The owner lied and said I was the cause of my fri t drive shaft being broken. Said that his mechanic put my vehicle up on the lift and my whole under carriage was banged up BUT I had a photo from HIS sales person with my vehicle up on the lift BEFORE the mechanic even touched it and my under carriage was in tact. Also my mechanic had to take the front drive shaft out because it broke and it was WELDED together. It’s not supposed to be that way. He then said he’d call me back but never did! Eventually his sales person called me back. My car shuts off when I stop. I almost had 3 accidents on the taconic

I recently purchased an 06 jeep liberty from. These people and before I got it home rhe check engine light turned on. The vechile had six major error code one being for the transmission. I tried calling and they would not pick up the phone I highly recommend that nobody purchase any vechiles from these scam artist. And know I have to get my lawyer involved just to try to get my money back to a decent vechile That's is a complete the check engine light turned on the way home after you the owner dropped it of to us. We called every-day from the day the problem started your son picked up once and try to denied the problems the jeep had. And till this day still no pick We called tgus morning no pick up.
