INFINITI of Charlotte Service Department

Took my QX50 there for a water leak, after 2 hours they came back and said, yeah, sunroof has a leak. (I could have told them that) Need to order parts and call warranty to see if it is covered. Sent me home. I have called/text multiple time for an update. 2 full days later, no updates. Not the service I would expect from an Infiniti Service Center.

John was awesome!!! I dropped my car off on Saturday morning. He called me within a few hours to tell me what was wrong with my truck, not what I thought it was, so huge relief. He did everything he could to make sure I had a loaner to get back and forth to work. Waited after hours for me to pick up my car and it now drives great!! John is honest, a great communicator and provides excellent customer service! Make sure you ask for him and tell him Lilly sent you!

Excellent experience! Margo answered the phone and she was super helpful and polite when scheduling my appointment. When I arrived at the dealership my service representative was also polite and kept me informed as I waited in the clean and comfortable lounge. They even took the time to wash my car. Thank you!

Service Center was just ok $105 for just a oil and filter change. They wanted to charge me $2500 for a ball and joint replacement a single system . Just ridiculous! Anyhow with service my vehicle was even washed..... next time I will do the servicing of my own vehicle. For my first trip to this dealership service center, I expected more and better. I don't think I will return.

My service advisor Horatio was excellent! He kept me informed, updated , explained everything and was professional and courteous at all times . Top notch service all around ! The time prior to my appointment trying to order my replacement side view mirror for my Q60 was another story all together . I spoke to a service advisor who said he would order the part and he would call me schedule my appointment in a few days . I called back twice, left messages for the service advisor for an update. The messages were never returned . When I did call and finally talk to him, he said it’s been ordered and he’s call me in a few days to schedule.. I eventually come to find out from parts department that part was never ordered. Very frustrating from a company I have nothing but glowing remarks for
