Damage from car wash- I recently visited this business for a car wash. I have been here before without issue. When I returned home I noticed that my fuel door panel on my SUV was missing. Within the hour I drove back to the business and asked the technicians to check for the missing part. It could not be located. Later in the day I emailed the business with a photo of the damage and receipt. The business owner, Michael Balboni, replied that same day. He mentioned he would check the car wash for the part and the security footage. Prior to the car wash I had filled up my car about a mile up the street. I noticed no damage at the time. I drove immediately home after the car wash. The business owner has been unresponsive after exchanging a few emails. My assumption is that he discovered my

car wash is very busy during the snow days as the car line comes upto the road. basic car wash is $10 which includes one free self vacuum otherwise vacuum is four quarters per time based use. the are offering snow and holiday sale for $30 for five basic car wash and they have similar offers going on during December 2022 holiday season. they also have self wash with a power water splash next to auto car wash.

My car looks great! I did the "wheel deal". Wish I took a before picture, but this was my first car wash all winter so you can imagine how white my car was with salt. I did clean it off with water before going through the wash.

Came for a clean car, left as a Smurf. Foam soap stained my hands, legs, and clothes. Bring gloves, long sleeves, and a backup outfit unless you’re going for “Smurf cosplay.” Plus: Microfiber towels and free tire shine were nice.

Staff was super friendly, which is why it was such a bummer to get home and find my truck looked exactly like it did before I threw $25 out the window.
