I bought my car from Karma, these guys from the receptionist to the sales team, all the way to the owner were personable and friendly. I figured all sales people for a car dealership would be this way, a "salesman's friendly" facade, with Karma, everything seemed genuine and not fake. I appreciate that. I would definitely recommend these guys for anyone in the area looking for a car.

May 10th I purchased a 2020 Cadillac ct5 from here. This was 2 weeks after I originally came in for a test drive where the check engine light came on, which was red flag number 1. All I had to do was cut the car off and back on and boom, check engine light came on, therefore they knew about it, they just used a tool to clear the code before I came in to drive it. By the end of June, or just 700 miles later, the car became completely immobile due to the rear differential having zero oil in it and the gears inside the differential turned to mush because of the extreme heat created from metal on metal friction. I have photos. I had a mobile mechanic come out because again, car was immobile. He removed the drain nut from the differential and zero oil came out, just oil gunk with metal shavings

Dishonest group of people. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE without extreme caution. Found about 10-15 762 shells in the trunk first week of having the car. Purchased a Camaro SS with a “clean title”. Car had been stolen and car had been in an accident. They refused to admit that the car had been in an accident. The car was supposed to be black STOCK. The car was painted obviously and very horribly at that. Every headlight, taillight, piece of rubber, exhaust tips, and rims are covered in black paint. The paint was barely polished on this car and it is almost matte with how dull it is. The car had a click when turning and the dealer said it was pebbles. Haha was not pebbles, had to get my differential repaired because that was what the noise was. These people are such a pain to deal with that I just
