I have had two good experiences at Innovative Auto Repair, and wanted to leave a quick review to reflect this. The first was just an AC recharge where I was having issues doing it myself. This was done perfectly. The latest one was having all fluids (transmission, transfer case, oil) replaced in an ancient Honda that is still going strong. Anytime I take the Honda to a new place I brace myself for being taken advantage of due to the car's age/mileage making me an easy target. Not so - the folks at Innovative did the work great and didn't take advantage to tack on anything else. Without me asking, they researched the details on how Honda would recommend doing the replacements and ordered Honda-certified fluids just to be safe. Always great service from a crew that cares about your vehicle. Josh cares about getting your service done right. He just seems to know what questions to ask when determining any issues with your vehicle. Any service is done quickly, and without those "hidden or surprise" finds. Turn around time is really good, the cost is affordable, and the auto knowledge is spot on. Thanks to Josh and crew, I'm a happy camper (& so is the missus).

I had a great experience at Innovative Auto Repair! They replaced the front strut and coil spring assembly on my 2011 Honda CR-V EX. The pricing was fair, and they were a pleasure to work with. I dropped off my car, and they gave me a ride home, which was super convenient. A few hours later, they called to let me know it was ready and even came to pick me up so I could get my car. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free. If you're looking for reliable and friendly auto repair in Kingman, I highly recommend them!

I went here for an oil change and a few other services, but they didn’t add enough oil to my car. My check-oil light came on shortly after, so I took it to another mechanic who confirmed they shorted me on oil — even though I still paid about $90 for the job. I called the shop on Saturday to let them know, but never got a call back. The mechanic I dealt with looked unprofessional, and the whole experience felt shady. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless they want to risk being scammed.

My girlfriend and I are roadtripping right now and felt pretty defeated when our engine light came on 3 hours away from our next stop. We went to the closest repair shop we found and were delighted by the help we received at Innovative Auto Repair shop. He ran a second diagnostic for us to be sure of the issue. The part needed to be ordered and knowing we were in a pinch he sent us to somewhere he thought might have it. He charged us nothing and helped us get to somewhere that could help. Innovative auto repair cared about getting us where we needed to be and not the money.
