I’ve ordered from Innovators West before, and one thing has always been consistent — they typically ship UPS and require someone to be present for delivery. Because of that, I plan my time carefully and take off work when necessary to receive the package. This time, however, they switched carriers to USPS without any clear notice. I scheduled time off work expecting a UPS delivery as usual. Instead, I later discovered it was coming USPS — on Friday the 13th of all days — and the delivery timing didn’t align with what I had planned for. This company will not go out of their way to help a guy out. They don’t care if you don’t get what you need to complete your build. They are in business to make money. Nothing else! Ordered the pin kit for the balancer I bought from summit racing and I got the wrong one somehow might be my fault. But nevertheless, They don’t even charge extra for the nylon spacer I need, between the two kits they offer. Both kits are 86.95 on summit racing. I literally just need a nylon spacer that they provide in the other kit for free. I wasn’t even asking for it for free but when shipping was $15 on a $15 dollar part it seemed so ridiculous.
