Been coming here for years for oil change & they do a great job! Needed to have my back brakes and rotors replaced as well as my front left cv boot. They originally quoted me 299 for brakes and rotors and 599 for cv boot. When I came to drop my car off, it changed to 599 for my brakes and rotors and then 599 for cv boot. I know i needed the boot for sure changed on front left, wasnt sure about axel, wasnt sure why price changed and because the owner spoke so fast and took advantage of me probably not knowing what in the world he was talking about, insisting this was what needed to get done and insisting I heard him wrong during original quote. Be careful 🟥 i have been getting oil change from them for almost a year every month 5k miles. i drive for work. Last November i saw oil leak on my drive way upon checking it was leaking from bolt i ran to dealership got a new bolt because sometimes bolt threads get bad. I took out the bolt i realized that bolt wasn't even my vehicle's bolt they accidentally but the wrong bolt on it. Anyways i drain the oil put a new bolt on Monday when i got on freeway i started hearing knocking noise from engine i took an exit it was leaking from filter area (I didn't change the filter) called nearest jiffy lube if they can take care of it they said they can't i have to take it to the people who did it. Fast and friendly. You can bring your own oil and filter. Dropped the break in oil after 1k on the new Lexus NX 350h. Never trust the 10k interval guys.
