I'm sitting here getting an oil change and Michael just told a lady who had just pulled in that she didn't need an oil change because it had been changed 1000 miles ago. He pulled up the records and found out that the oil had been changed every 1000 miles for a while now. He told her that she was being taken advantage of. Amazing!
