Instant Smog, Inc.

I found Instant Smog last year when I needed to get it done as soon as possible. I decided to go to them since they were close to my house. I drove up to one of the parking spaces for the smog and a staff member immediately came out to do the smog. They can also do the registration as well! The smog fee was $35 for regular light duty smog and $45 for heavy duty smog. The registration fee is $10. The price is more than what I am used to, but I like how they open at 7:30am and close at 5:30pm. It took a total of 10 minutes for the smog to be finished. | love the convenience of Instant Smog and I would totally recommend it if you needed a smog and registration done asap. I got there when they “opened” at 7:30. The guy didn’t show up until 7:45. I didn’t park in the spots completely because I knew they may need room to take the equipment out. He still made me pull into a completely different space & through that time someone else came up. Took him until 8:15 to get everything in & settled. Helped made sure to take his time & still proceeded to act annoyed having to work. I ended up late to my DMV appointment at 9am when I was there at 7:20.

I pulled up to the establishment I have never had a problem at before. Not only did they belittle me but they turned me away without even an explanation. The older white male said, "Sorry you're not smart enough to figure out where to park." The younger male whom I was told was called Alex, didn't say anything to me and let me sit in a parking space while I patiently waited and saw him take another car that had been waiting behind me. This treatment by a known establishment is ridiculous! Talk about trashy people. They were closing at 4pm I arrived at 3:30pm I wonder if that had something to do with it?

They weren't open at the time they said they were. I waited 15 minutes then went somewhere else

This was super convenient and easy to get in and out very very fast!
