Worst customer services I have ever experienced. James brown was the agent. He was extremely rude and made us feel belittled. The whole experience felt like he was doing us a favor by us getting insurance through them. I know everyone has bad days but man this eas way pass that. Im fluent in English with Hispanic lineage and he was mocking us by saying dinero ( money ) in spanish seriously will never do business with this agen in the future. *** update**** What are you talking about old man? I was driving my own car?? Im not asking You to break any rules whats so ever other than be polite and give fair and equal treatment to your customers. That should be a simple standard for any decent business.

This business is open Monday through Thursday, but it is very rare for it to be open on any of those days; it is usually closed.

They never even called me after I left voicemail. Only texted me, took over 3 hrs to get an estimate quote. Which had he called back would of taken less then 10 mins. Not 3 hrs. Asked a question at around 345 pm yesterday. As of 12:11 pm today no answer or even a call back. This place did have a better rate as an ESTIMATE lol. But this guy was unprofessional as a agent he just lost my business. I will pay 20 dollars more to have a piece of mind if I had a accident! If I could leave no stars I would.

Tried three times to give them my business but couldn't work with me says I don't show as a valid driver but Geico and The general had no problem helping me with insurance.

They were very nice and helped my bf to get on my policy so we can save money. Good place for insurance.
