I had just bought a used truck and of course a message pops up within days of getting it. I had a limited warranty on it, I went with integrity due to the good reviews and frankly I like local mechanics compared to "corporate" mechanics. From my understanding it's just the owner and his father that do the work so he's always very busy and has many cars to service. I was able to over a few days get the vehicle checked and then serviced at no cost to me or him due to the warranty. I will bring my vehicle back in the future when a problem arises.

We are from South Carolina and were traveling when our truck died. My husband went to see Bailey, and he said he could look at the vehicle. Bailey recommended a tow truck which provided excellent service as well. Bailey went to work on the truck that day. He called and updated through every step. Due to the wiring problems he encountered, it took a couple of attempts with different sensors. Even though the process wasn’t as quickly as we had hoped due to waiting on parts, etc. he kept us informed and called when he said he would EVERY time! Based on the problems, we felt the price was fair as well. I would highly recommend this shop!

Bailey replaced my alternator and the o ring for my ac hose dropped and now I have no ac because all my freon came out and he makes excuses to look at it for me and moved places and has not returned my call ,so I will be letting a real ac person fix it ,Tony at Auto air on schillinger!! Should of knew what he was doing making me spend extra money now on more freon which ain't cheap!

Bailey is an amazing mechanic! Very professional honest and always affordable! I highly recommend Integrity based off his talent as a mechanic! I will never go anywhere else!
