Mavis Tires & Brakes

I initially called and made arrangements with a call center. Usually, that would be bad thing, but in this case it was the opposite. I wish I could remember his name (it might have been Jeremy) he was very friendly and extremely relatable. He made everything as easy as 1-2-3 anticipating my arrival at the dealership. Even though I missed my appointment, because I initially got a tire from somewhere else (needless to say that didn't workout) Sharri called me and inquired about my missed appointment. I told her I was going to return the tire and I might have use their services but I would be a couple of hours late. She was extremely detailed and helpful and said that would be a problem. Sharri at Mavis did an amazing job, she was kind and funny while also understanding our situation and being easy to talk too. went in needing an alignment after coming out of a bad deal buying a car and they made sure I left knowing what all was wrong with it, not to mention the deal they had was infinity better than any place I visited previously. They don't overcharge they do honest work. Mavis tries to work with your budget as much as you could ask for

Sherri was an absolute dream. When I called to schedule my tires . She was so nice and pleasant. It takes a great phone edict to bring folks in. Thats and she is who brought me in. They treated me wonderful. But Sharri is top notch

Justin provided excellent customer service. He was friendly, patient, and made sure all my questions were answered. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing things the right way. I’ll definitely be back because of him.
