Excellent mechanic shop! There is nobody else that I will let touch my car. As a single woman, who is a sucker for a high performance /high maintenance BMW, having a great mechanic that I can depend on and trust is a must. I found mine in Intergrity and still take my vehicle here even though I have not lived in the OC in years! They have even helped me figure out issues with my other non bummer vehicle. I have been car note free for over 7 years because Integrity keeps my 11-year old bimmer running like a dream. I appreciate the fair pricing, honesty, quick turn around, and not bing pressured to complete unnecessary work like I have received from other mechanics. Great customer service. Service was explained to me and Jerry understood my issue with waiting. I'm handicapped and its hard to sit for long periods of time. Would recommend to anyone looking for great mechanics. It was a pleasure working with his store.

My ML (Mercedes SUV) consistently has issues. My tire light goes off, my service light, my coolant light, and oil light. I have been to the shop at least five times in the last 12 months.
