Integrity RV

Very..Very late review, We traded in our Winnebago Class C for this 2016 Georgetown 369ds 2 years ago, our first Class A, it has been great, we have put 15k on it and been to 25 states!! Sure glad we found Integrity, the name says it all, the staff was amazing. We will return if we ever decide to make another change!

We recently purchased a 2016 Tiffin Allegro Bus 40AP from Integrity RV, and the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, their communication was top-notch. Every question we had--no matter how big or small--was answered promptly and thoroughly. They were helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process, which really put us at ease with such a significant purchase. One of the standout moments was the detailed walk through at the end. They took the time to show us how everything in the coach worked, ensuring we were fully comfortable and confident before hitting the road. It wasn't a rushed process--they were thorough and made sure we understood all the systems and features of the Allegro Bus. It's clear they care about customer satisfaction

We started a nationwide search for the ideal RV to use in our retirement adventures in 2020 and found it at Integrity. We flew into Mesa from the Pacific NW and liked the vehicle enough to make the deal. When we got the vehicle home, we found a couple of issues. Even though the RV was sold “as is,” they participated in paying for those repairs. After RV-ing full-time, with four trips around the country in four years, we decided to be done and move home. We called Integrity from Texas and they said they would be interested in purchasing our bus. We drove to Mesa, where they made a reasonable offer which we accepted. Family business, family feel! This team was great from viewing through purchase. We found a unit we liked and Kevin promised to hold it on our word we wanted it. Everything was as promised, and handled with integrity. A name they work hard to stand by. No pressure just honesty.

I purchased a used RV from the gentlemen at Integrity RV last March. Integrity is exactly as the name would suggest, a place where a handshake and somebody's word still actually mean something. I flew from NY to Arizona to look at the RV and drove away with it a day later just as Kevin and Brad predicted. Everything was as advertised, no games no bait and switches. They took care of everything as promised even long after they already had my check. If I am ever in the market for an RV again I will surely call Integrity first.
