I can’t say enough good things about Intermountain Cooling. They are the definition of honest, reliable, and skilled. Every time I bring my vehicles in, the work is done quickly, the price is more than fair, and the quality is excellent. It’s rare to find a shop with this much integrity — they never try to upsell or cut corners. I trust them so much that I drive 160 miles each way to have all of my vehicles serviced here. Had them flush my heater core and radiator, twice. About two weeks later it looks like this and I had no heat. Not super thorough with their work but they were pleasant to work with

I have a 2021 Honda Accord that had an AC issue. The Honda dealer quoted me $720 to recharge my AC. Intermountain Cooling charged me $260. It took 2 weeks to get in, but not surprising after seeing the level of service I received, and a price that was so much more reasonable. They provided a great recap of the work they did to trace any possible leak, as well as testing of my compressor. I was treated honestly and fairly. I felt, and have felt in the past, that the Honda dealer in Logan is all about taking advantage of customers. Thank you Intermountain Cooling, I appreciate the way you do business.

The dealership wanted to charge me over $600 to refill my coolant. Intermountain found and fixed the leak, that the dealership could not find for less than the dealership wanted to charge just for the refill.

Richard is absolutely fantastic to work with and went the extra mile for me. He did all the extra work of getting my extended warranty claim processed and dealt with their bit of a difficult process to approve the claim. I really appreciate the work that he did, but he also got my truck blowing colder air than it had since I bought it. He is also incredibly honest with his shop labor rates and doesn’t overcharge just because the book tells him he should. I was surprised with how well he kept me updated and didn’t keep my truck any longer than needed. He got me in the next day for diagnosis, got my truck back to me the same day with parts ordered and a plan to fix it the next week.
