PLEASE READ!!! BEWARE OF SCAMMERS!!! I know it's long but trust me do not go there. I wish I could give 0 stars, let's start with the fact that New Bedford PD confirmed that this is a chop shop, THEY STEAL parts off of your car .Im a college student at UMD from Connecticut and needed some work done, so I found that out after the fact. Anyways back in December I had my car towed over there because of a misfire in cylinder five. I was supposed to be leaving the next day to go back home for break but they said they could fix it in that time. Next day comes its not done at the time they said and I had to call multiple times to even get in contact. I finally get in contact and they say they're gonna do all this work and it will be fixed the next day ok fine is what it is. I call the next day at

I wish I could rate lower. Nothing is ever right with this shop and it hurts and I feel like I can’t trust other people to do good work or to care about my car. I think maybe do not bring ANY car that you care about to this shop, this is me warning you! I feel really bad that I have to write this and have been stewing on it but I think other people should be warned. The first time we had an incident I figured it was just because we brought them an oddball car that was presenting a difficult problem! They had that car for 4 months with little communication before they admitted defeat and we took it elsewhere (not ideal, but I forgive poor communication because we r human and things happen! I went in for an inspection sticker. I knew I had a leak in the muffler and the brakes needed attention. I decided to have that work done there. I was charged for a new muffler that I never received. Still to this day. I brought the car back there 3 times. I am going to get it fixed, and take them to court. I was told that the mechanic that ripped me off was fired. I was told they were going to make things right. I was scammed.
