Had an undiagnosed car not starting issue after engaging AAA. International was able to squeeze me in after AAA dropping off the car. While waiting, they tested after first recommending a new battery necessary to proceed (since that was at the least a primary diagnosis). I was relieved that was all it was. No issues with alternator or starter as I was fretting. Very nice front desk (shout out to Jen) people and technicians. Even met the owner who is really great and conscientious. Thank you all. Bought a used German car and not wanting to take it to the dealer for service, I chose International based on proximity to FBurg as well as recommendations. They are fantastic. The work was done quickly and at a fair price. The clean and well-stocked waiting room (snacks, coffee, drinks) made the time pass easily while I waited. Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, even pointing out something I had completely missed. Will absolutely rely on them going forward, and so hapy to have found a trustworthy repair shop!

I used a non-dealership repair shop for the first time for my 2022 Mercedes GLC300 at approx 78,000 miles. Matt got me scheduled for an oil change and multi point inspection with only a few days notice. I really appreciated their communication and transparency throughout the process. I was out the door for significantly less than a dealership Part A or Part B. I highly recommend them. You can’t go wrong.

I took my vehicle to International Auto Specialist for the first time. First, let me say that I know very little about cars and even less about a Mercedes Benz because; I had always owned a Honda. None-the-less, the staff was super polite! The customer service was an actual person! Not AI! and they were kind! I received a detailed link discussing my vehicle's issues and the lady on the phone went through each item via explaining the cost to include taxes, labor, and gave me some knowledge about a Mercedes Benz- very transparent and honest! As a new Mercedes Benz owner, I am happy to say that I have established great care with International Auto Specialist for my vehicle! Also, they cleaned and shined the inside upon return!
