I did not get a battery from this location but I just would like to speak on the character and customer service of James Reed. James helped out my daughter one day while she was attending a work meeting in Mobile. We are both very grateful that we crossed paths with James. She had some car difficulties and no one was any where near her . He was the kind soul to stop and go out of his way to help her and get her home safely … I don’t have enough kind words to express my gratitude…. Definitely was a blessing 🙏

Interstate is the BEST battery. I wouldn't buy any other brand. I've been a loyal customer for many years. And the guys at this location are EXCELLENT. Great customer service that goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!
I pulled up and within 2mins and 15secs. My hood was up and they were diagnosing the problem. I could not believe the level of professionalism and customer service I was shocked. These guys are awesome and they deserve your business. The battery prices are around the same as everyone else but their customer service is like a Duracell battery it just keeps going and going. Before my purchase, during my purchase, and after my purchase, they were informative helpful, and fast. Thank God I no longer have to go anywhere else for my battery needs.
