Interstate Battery System

If i could give negative 5 stars i certainly would!!! This company is without question one of the WORST companies I have ever done business with!!!!! I spoke with them over the phone about needing to get a new battery for my daughter's car and explained that I would be sending her in to get the battery installed since she goes to school there and I am out of town. What I got was a BAD used battery for my money that they installed into her car. This left her stranded, so I had to leave work, drive two hours to pick her up, get the battery out and take it back to the store. I spoke with the owner over the phone while in route and was told to just bring the battery back. Without a question she had an attitude from our initial phone interaction. Extreme cold and heat distroy battery, yesterday it did just that. Walked into Interstate and 10mins later I drove away a Happy man. Thanks for the professionalism

The owner installed a new battery in my car. I'm past the age of climbing around a vehicle to remove the old battery and hoist a new one into place. We had a great conversation as he worked. It's good to know there are young businessmen in the community who are successful and don't have to wear a suit to do it.

My husband went there twice to get a bad battery replaced. Clearly they have a problem honoring the warranty on the batteries because when he tried to explain the issue with the battery the employees got a horrible attitude with him. Don’t tell your customers “if you have any problems just bring it back” if you’re not going to back up what you said. I’ll never buy another battery from them, and I’ll tell everyone I know not to do business with the. Terrible subpar customer service.

My camper battery died before I could move out of a camp ground. Went to buy new battery and Jared suggested a loaner battery to get my camper to a storage facility. No Charge! When I returned it I enjoyed visiting several FMs. Next football season, I know where to purchase my new battery.
