Business was honest and clear. No hidden agenda here. Tony was the best salesman to deal with very up front and transparent. Only reason for 4-stars is lack of knowledge of my specific RV and its very minor “used RV” issues. Previous to me it being a consignment deal, that is to be expected to no fault of the dealer. Great experience overall.

My husband and I had been researching the best fit/price for a used Class C motorhome, for the past few years, and never found anything within our budget over numerous online/local dealers. We came across Interstate RV one afternoon, on a Facebook Marketplace search, and found an option we could work with. After messaging the dealership we received an immediate response from Chino and started the process of talking numbers with the available inventory their family dealership had in stock. Chino sent us numerous pictures and we determined they had the perfect model (2013 Thor motor coach Freedom Elite) with only 10,500 miles to test drive. Run away from this establishment! Total scam artists. They tried to buy my RV with 10,000 original miles for $19000 dollars even though they claimed it was delaminating and had water damage. I passed on their offer. The next day, I had a guy from Reno, NV (not true) offer me $22,500 as is and I accepted his offer. 4 eastern european (Romania?) guys show up at my house to inspect and buy the RV. 2 guys distracted my attention and kept me busy inside the RV while the other 2 were outside the RV. We then took it for a test drive and the driver complained there was no engine power. Not true! I had just driven it over the mountains and highway the week before, took it to my mechanic and had all the plugs and wires changed, it has always run great.
