Bought a 2021 Malibu from them October 2024. Had it for 1 year. So far I’ve had to replace rear suspension knuckles (that I’ve contacted them about a month after I got the vehicle), fuel injector, fuel pump, shift assembler, and a battery that died out of nowhere aswell as a loud scraping sound on my wheel since the tech “bent the metal” (Within 8 months of purchasing it). Told me that the vehicle was basically “brand new” to my face when I signed to purchase it. Recently spoke to them about a loud squeaking noise coming from the rear when I drive. Tried to get it into service and they told me I would have to pay and hope that it’s covered under the warranty. This has been the worst experience I’ve had with a car. I felt like he was genuinely there to HELP me get in the car the fits me best and suits my needs. Devon’s service was so great that he immediately the next day got my brothers car swapped out as well! In this whole process it was very fluent and went with the flow. Just started a search for a pick up truck and randomly bumped into a very personable salesman named Tyler Feldmann as the lot was closing for the evening. Bought a used car 6/23/25. I Had an alignment and steering issue along with the AC issue that took 4/5 services to figure out what was wrong. I had to contact another dealership and ask what could be wrong. My check engine light also came on and they replaced a sensor and took my drive shaft apart and my gas tank. After I got my vehicle back after not having it most of the month of July, my drive shaft fell off. I took it back and they said “ a bolt” fell off and they replaced the bolt. However a driveshaft doesn’t just fall off. I wanted them to look it over to make sure no other damage occurred from the drive shaft falling while driving . They wouldn’t. They just replaced the “bolt” . I took it to Lynch in Mount Vernon and made sure they put it back together correctly and wasn’t any oth
