Now that I finished the repairs and came back for an inspection and tune up on my Toyota, I can leave my review. I wrote this on a similar review site but still relevant. Point one is that the phone is not their strong suit. I recommend you call, describe the problem, and find out when you can schedule an appointment. The mechanic is very experienced and smart. I came in needing a head gasket. They started work and took of the valve cover and showed me the condition. I liked the plan to get the car fixed and went forward with it. The dealer wanted twice as much for less work. I do feel like they are a little too conservative because I like to have my car in new and fresh condition these days but if you press for it they will do the maintenance. Been coming to these two for 5 years now. Always A+ work, great pricing, open to working with me and all the little bits I bring in. I tell him "there's a weird sound from a spot over here" and he knows exactly what it is and how to fix it. Never had any follow up issues.
