I'm late writing this but this shop was very helpful and friendly, with definitely reasonable pricing for labor! I went in for a rear tire swap, and on the test ride my clutch bearing separated, leaving me stranded at the shop. They didnt have the bearing i needed on hand, but they were able to locate a bearing that worked. My girlfriend at the time picked me up because NAPA didnt deliver, came back with the bearing and they installed and i rode away later that day. Im stuck on my bike for a while becuase my vehicles are down, so its imperative i was back on the road. And without me telling them that, they wasted no effort or time and my bike was able to be repaired. Will happily do business with them again

Iron Eagle Cycle worked on my 2008 HD Electra Glide Standard and helped me get it back into great shape. This is the third bike of mine they have worked on and I won’t go anywhere else. Outstanding job.

Would not recommend. Went there to have my carburetor cleaned and a new rebuild kit installed. Paid their fee and then shipped the bike to my son in OR. Turns out the work they said they did was not done. This is a 2001 FLHT with 24,000 miles on it. Note pictures below. Parts that were supposed to be replaced were not. Carb was to be cleaned, not done. Accelerator Pump which is part of standard rebuild kit from HD or Drag Specialities was leaking gas - not changed. They were also supposed to do some minor break work - not done. (Family member recently serviced Harley at this shop, in preparation to ship across USA and they took advantage of him by not service brakes in agreement of trade. No one touches Red Bull but Bear. Dawn knows her stuff with parts and services. I'm happy to be a customer of there's. Thanks for keeping her running well and making sure she's safe for us to enjoy. We look forward to many more years of business with them.

Bear and Dawn are awesome people. Dawn did an outstanding job fixing the issue I was having with my Bike and servicing it. She also pointed out 3 issues that would need to be addressed in the future but aren't a concern yet. She actually called me to see how the Bike ran on my trip back to Sebring. That's I call customer service and someone who cares. I've finally found "the place" to get my Bike fixed when needed. Thanks Dawn
