Isaac's auto repair

Isaac is definitely a life saver! I can't express how much stress he has saved us but this isn't the place to rant about how great he is or isn't. What I CAN attest to is the service I received from this establishment. Isaac's auto is clean, reliable, and inexpensive. It's such a relief to find a mechanic that not only knows what he's doing but also doesn't try to rip you off or add charges for repairs or services that you don't need. Wonderful customer service from all 3 employees that we interacted with. Isaac is a great addition to Birdsboro. It's good to know there are concerned citizens out there helping everyone they can. We need more people like him in this world.

Chill guy but communication was horrible. Was not updated while my car was in the shop and had to call repeatedly. I was told that my car was going to be ready at a specific time but was not updated when things changed and had to find out at the shop. Repair and prices are good but be aware that communication is not great.

What a great honest mechanic. Issac is wonderful, timely and patient with every customer. Explains and shows things throughly. Somehow I get my perfectly good car back from an inspection/brakes/oil change and it runs even better? Top notch work! Very experienced and will tell you what you need and what you don’t need that the dealership will charge you for just because. I won’t go anywhere else! You just have to experience it for yourself.
