I was interested in a car for sale at a local dealer so I came from out of state to see it. I needed a pre-purchase inspection done so I chose the Lee Myles Birdsboro location because they had good reviews. Very glad I did! These guys are efficient, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. The inspection was thorough, timely, and priced reasonably. You get a detailed report with pictures so you can understand what condition the car is really in. They even took the time to explain things more when I had questions. Highly recommend. Thank you Rich and Dave!

I took my Prius in for a second opinion. Rich was wonderful. Dave was great. Dave got me scheduled and explained how the appt would work. Rich checked me in, listed to what I thought was the issue and explained how they would go about the service. I loved that they took pictures of it all and the link i got helped me understand what was an immediate need to be taken care of, what should be done soon, and what was good with my car. Rich called me directly after and walked me through each thing and explained why they put what they did in each section. They also built me a quote on what they were going to do immediately to get my car inspection passable and one for things that should be done soon. Would highly recommend.​

The staff at Lee Myles are always welcoming, caring, and friendly. They are very transparent about the services my vehicle needs and help me understand what are urgent needs and what can wait. They are open to questions and providing guidance when making decisions on costly repairs. I also greatly appreciate their shuttle and loaner car services. This adds a great deal of convenience.

Someone by the name of Dave helped me, and he was extremely helpful and kind. I had my car towed there and Dave made sure I was taken care of. No one else would squeeze me in, but Dave made it happen. I am super grateful for his kindness. I was able to get my car back and get my child to the doctor to get her some antibiotics for her ear infection. These guys are AMAZING! They truly care about their customers!
