Item ordered arrived quickly. I ended up contacting them via email for assistance. Got back to me quickly and answered my questions. Was able to resolve my problem and very happy with the initial quality and final results of the wheel spacers I purchased.

Customer service isn’t bad. Since the first time speaking over the phone the guy helping me seemed to be bothered by me asking questions. When I got my package, there were small washers missing that I guess were supposed to be mounted for the car to ride on, which seems like a bit of a shortcut. As a result, my coilover shot through my shock mount and has damaged the coilover insert. They haven’t made an effort to help me with a new insert. My oem shock (where the mount sits on) is far wider than theirs. A bit concerning.

ISC sold me a set of N1 coilovers for my '15 wrx as well as doing the install and alignment! Everyone was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I went back to have an issue/sound looked at TWO years later and they got me right into the schedule on their first available wrench day and covered the issue under their products warranty! Great service for a great product! And I would recommend these coilovers for a WRX owner as my lil' rexxy hangs with everyone in the twisties and on-ramps. Spot on!

Just installed a set of their coilovers for our winter car (C5 Corvette) and couldn't be more pleased with the results. Well engineered and drastically improved the handling and stance. Great guys to deal with!
