She and her manager literally went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right. Their service and commitment to their customers were exceptional.

This dealership sold me a 2020 Honda CR-V Hybrid that later showed clear signs of flood damage. I did not know this at the time of purchase — I found out only after taking the car to my mechanic, who discovered water residue and corrosion under the carpets, inside the seats, and in the door and window seals. None of this was disclosed by the dealership. On top of that, they repeatedly told me that my registration and inspection documents had been mailed, yet I only received the plates and nothing else. I had to follow up multiple times with no proper response. I eventually had to resolve my registration myself through the DMV. This entire experience was extremely unprofessional and stressful. If you value honesty, transparency, and proper paperwork, I strongly recommend avoiding this deale
