Extremely rude and unprofessional. I called in advance to see about getting a simple battery change and was told to come early so he could order the part. I come to the garage early and the guy acted like he didn’t remember speaking to me. Once he finally remembered, he responded in a rude tone that he couldn’t get the battery and that he had no space to do it. Will not spend money at an establishment that speaks poorly to customers and has no respect. Disgusting.

No nonsense service. Honest guys working here and they kept it straight with me and helped me with an alignment issues caused by another shop on the island. They a very fair and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Have reasonable expectations of them, and they’ll be reasonable with you in return. Happy to find a place on the island I can trust with my car!

Saw me right away, no delays, great rates for service and knowledgeable staff. Car feels great after service here. Highly recommended

If I could give zero stars I would… I went for a wheel alignment and turned out my car needed more than an alignment. Things seemed to be going well and Mike and his coworker (who’s name I did not catch) were explaining to me the potential issues and answering my questions which I really appreciated. A few minutes later, as I am on the phone I hear them talking to one another about my high expectations and mocking my questions and concerns. I was shocked at how nice they seemed to my face but as soon as they thought I was not listening they mocked and ridiculed me. I do not appreciate being treated in a condescending way nor do I think any customers or person in general should be mocked for wanting to understand what the issue is and how to solve it.
