Been working with this ITA for the past five years after a transfer with my company and by far the best service and parts department I’ve ever worked with. I want to give a shout out to Todd and Marilyn in the service department, and I also want to give a shout out to Todd and the others in the parts department the most for all the years that they have been helping me. First always professional, responds to my emails and phone calls and always keep me up-to-date. I never have a hiccup with any of my parts. When I order I always have the right part the first time. For me one of the best parts of doing business with them is I can just give the parts department a part number and they will find it for me no matter the brand or the item. I got my truck parts here and they were absolutely amazing about getting them for me. They were so nice and quick, i will definitely be back to use their services. I have never had an experience quite this good somewhere and I’m definitely recommending this place to my friends and family members!

Great customer service from my salesman Duke! Always gets what I need in a timely fashion. And will keep me updated on an ETA if a part had to be ordered

To be honest I dont really think the mechanics know what they're doing all the the time because they will continue to change parts after you told them what the issue was after they racked up a bill to finally fix what the real issue was

Straight garbage for a parts department. I give Donna a part number just to get an entirely different part with a different part number. Thomas will "My bad, bro" you to death and you have to constantly tell him what exactly you need. Unprofessional. Inattentive. Incompetent. Unsatisfactory. Choose a different ITA or go aftermarket.
