Went and bought a 2011 T&C from them, she pushed me into buying it saying it's a good vehicle. My kids and I need it. It's dependable and she is doing me a solid with the price. Turns out it was not worth it. It wasn't even safe to drive. Brake hose had a leak in it so breaks ended up going out. Back breaks, calipers, rotors were bad. And when it's wet out, the steering locks up. Found that out when I went to pick my son up from school. Galve gasket and struts were bad. I used all my refund to pay for it and now we are going hella broke trying to get it safe to drive.

I have purchased 3 vehicles from them in the past 5 years and all have been wonderful vehicles. a 1999 Honda civic, and 2 different 2006 Honda Odessy Vans and we love them! Very honest and upfront and has accommodated us on viewing times ect. We defiantly will go to them with any vehicle needs we have.

I normally don’t air out dirty laundry on Facebook… However, this may be beneficial to the people that live in the surrounding towns or more specifically in the same town as my family. DO NOT BUY from J & D Auto, LLC We purchased a car from here on April 9th, literally the day we drove off the lot the air conditioning went out of the vehicle (after we were told it was fixed). The owner of the dealership asked us to take it to Extreme Auto in Benton, and it was there for a week. We got it back, the air worked for 24 hours… We were told to take it back and when talking to the mechanic at Extreme Auto we’re told the owner of J&D auto told them to do “the bare minimum” to get it fixed and that there were some burnt wires at the fuse box. Bought a gmc back in February didn't even own it a full month and it jumped time 🙃 it wasn't properly inspected before being sold or they knew it was junk I'm out over 6 grand and now have no running vehicle. Do not recommend

Went to the lot to try and buy a van within business hours nobody was there and nobody answered the phone when we called the multiple numbers. Someone finally got ahold of us and by the time she was able to get there we had to go to work we set an appointment for later in the day and they sold the van out from under us. Do not recommend doing business with this company they are shady and even with an appointment it's first come first served. If you are lucky enough to find someone in the office.
