Super responsive, explained exactly what was causing the issue in plain English, gave me flexible timing options that worked around my work schedule, and completed the fix efficiently and very communicative and transparent with updates. His customer service is genuinely exceptional polite, honest, and patient. The brake pedal feels brand new now. Kevin was so great to work with. My daughter is going to ISU and her car needed a repair. He worked around her busy schedule to get the car fixed and back to her. I do not live in Pocatello and he was very good at calling me to communicate estimate, timing of the repair, and payment. I will definitely use him for the next repair.

Kevin was the absolute best at helping me with my van. My transmission went out and he was able to calm me down and work with me on pricing. Extremely communicative and I felt as a woman he listened and didn’t try to scam me.
