Recently had my car detailed, and at first glance it looked amazing. When looking further, a whole section of my car was missed. But that’s not the reason of this review. They had my car overnight, completely open in their shop. And when I got it back, my car had mice. Yes MICE. We got ahold of the owner and took the car to them so they could make the moment right. Was told they would do another detail due to the section missed, and they would disinfect my car and put a box in my car to try and rid the mice. Just picked up my car from them having it since Friday 5/24, now back on 5/28. And nothing was done to it besides taking out the old floor papers and wiping down one seat. I do not recommend them. This team went FAR above and beyond when detailing my Dad's truck. They blew our expectations away. We brought them a pretty dirty work truck and afterwards it looked brand new. Jaw dropping.

I hate writing negative reviews, but I must in this case in fairness to other customers. My 4-runner was scheduled to be detailed inside and out. The vehicle was very dirty from years of use in the mountains (which I explained). When I arrived at my appointment time the shop was closed. I waited and when he (don't know his name) arrived, he seemed unaware that I was coming. After a few minutes, he located where my information was written down. I was informed that the car would finished by morning but I would be called to let me know when to pick it up. No phone call came so I called and was told the car was ready. During the phone call he asked me how to open the cargo area. I explained it required you to use the key. He said he had not cleaned that area. (Rather shocking to me.

Super happy for the job done on my little car. Only asked for the interior detail but they cleaned the outside of my car as well. They got me in last minute and got the job done by end of day. Jared and his team are very hardworking and I am well pleased with their efforts. I will be returning and referring folks here for auto detailing for sure. Thanks guys!

This place is a miracle worker. I didn't think that my car was really that dirty, But we had bought it used so we really didn't know what it looked like to new. We do now!!! They did such an incredible job and got me in within the week. My husband was so impressed with the job that they did because he didn't think that it would look so great.
