WOWWWWW! This place is incredible!!! Service, friendliness and so very competitive in their pricing. I did not feel "ripped-off" like I was in the past at other auto repair places. Also, found out an old friend of mine brings all his work vehicles here for maintenance. Pretty cool! Thank you!!!!! Highly recommend ths place!!!!!! Hands down!!!

Dave was incredibly professional, kind, and courteous. We were able to drop off our car and the brakes were done in just a few hours. Our car is an 2011 with 195K miles and runs like new. I highly recommend J&C Car Care and ask for Dave!!!

Each time I've brought my car here they've diagnosed and fixed it quickly, effectively, and affordably, without pushing any additional charges.

This car shop “lost” my key fob for my vehicle. Including a remote starter. Has repeatedly been asked to locate it but never has. Communication is very difficult with the staff. Absolutely horrible customer service. Will say however that they did diagnose and resolve my actual car repair . Would never utilize their services again.

Brought the car in 2 weeks ago for one issue. They assured me that if I got the recommended service, my warning light would go off and my problem would be fixed. They claimed that they saw no leaks, 20 minutes after leaving, the same warning light popped back on. I had to take my car to the dealership to get a real diagnosis of what the problem was, and the parts needed to fix the problem. Also, the dealership sent me a video showing me that in fact there was a leak. I bought the parts from the dealership, and took my car back here to get fixed. After dropping my car off at 8 am, they didn’t finish until 6 pm when they closed….but the worst part is when I picked my car up, they now told me that my engine light was on and they didn’t know why. Now, I’m way over $1,000 in, and they still h
