Jax Kar Wash - Farmington

Tried this new car wash today and had a great experience. The service was quick and smooth, and my car came out clean and shiny. What really stood out was that there were two gentlemen at the exit who carefully cleaned the remaining water drops on the car. That extra attention to detail was really good, and I truly loved their service. Definitely a place I’d visit again.

New one at Orchard Lake and Grand River… none of the big dryers were running and this is what the back looked like…. Disappointing to say the least after paying for the top service

Good car wash. Better than the previous car wash company in this location. No complaints. Do not take a third-party installed roof rack through the wash.

I like this car wash but customer service 2 stars, my fuel door came off and I tried to make a claim. 2 weeks later there was no record of it. I followed up shortly after and confirmed with a manager my claim was mis-handled, he then said due to my vehicles age they couldn’t cover any damage!. Yes my car 2011, but I’ve restored it. It is not a piece of crap car then he said because he can’t cover anything that he would at least cover a couple months of the unlimited wash service.. That never happened. I fixed myself and I will not be petty but I will share my experience with others. Just be aware if your car is damaged don’t even bother. No one will follow up and they will make an excuse on why they cannot fix it for you.. Below is the photo of my car that is too old to cover any damages

There is a minimal wait time for inside detail and my car is always perfectly clean inside and out when I leave. Really love the service, have been going since I moved in the area 5 years ago. Keep up the great work!
