My brand new GMC Terrain was hit from behind and I called Carbone and Sons because I have heard wonderful feedback. The shop owner Bob was super friendly knowledgeable and flexible. He had the rental brought to the shop and my car was done a little over a week. He kept the communication open with correspondence from insurance company. My car looks absolutely amazing. I have been a frequent customer of J C Carbone's and so has my family, I just recently had my car door repaired and it came out great, the guys there really take their time and make sure the job is done right. My car was in there for a total of two weeks and the communication I had with them was awesome. I received a call each week just letting me know what was actually going on and when my car would be ready to be picked up. My car looks brand new again and I couldn't be happier. If anyone was to ask me to recommend them a place to get their car worked on I would recommend them first every time.
