I couldn’t be happier with the job this body shop did on my 2026 Tesla model Y that was rear ended on the highway. The paint color match was absolutely perfect—you’d never know any repairs were done. The attention to detail and quality of work truly stand out. On top of that, their customer service was excellent. Everyone I spoke with from the front desk (Tiena) to the body shop coordinator (Jose) was friendly, professional, and kept me updated throughout the process. They have a text messaging services which they respond to in a timely fashion. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and my car looked as good as new. I highly recommend Mikes Auto Body North to anyone looking for a top notch body shop!

Hopefully my car isn’t going to get hit again, I do know that Mike’s Autobody is the shop I would go to again. The paint work looks factory as if nothing happened and the car looks like the day I got it if not better. The customer service was excellent as I was always updated on my car as well as the part that was back ordered. Nothing better than getting your car back and it looking exactly the way it looked the day you got it. I’m very happy and would recommend Mike’s autobody to anyone.

I had some damage on my car (see photo) and brought it to Mike Auto Body in Saugus — they were absolutely fantastic! Mike and his team were friendly, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The repair came out perfect — you’d never know there was any damage to begin with. They finished the job quickly, kept me updated, and the car looks brand new again. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs quality bodywork done right the first time!

TL;DR: Visual body/paint work had defects (misaligned door chrome trim discovered after pickup), repair caused front parking camera to fail entirely (requiring full replacement at dealer), poor communication, unexpected extra costs, and stressful pickup process made the overall experience abysmal. After giving them a second chance on this vehicle, I’ve completely lost trust in the shop. Will not return. The previous repair at Mike’s Autobody North (a full cash-pay job on another vehicle) had been unsatisfactory, so I gave them a second chance with this insurance-claim vehicle in November 2025, hoping for improvement. Before drop-off, they disclosed higher labor rates than insurance reimbursement and offered a courtesy discount—but only on aluminum body parts, not overall. The final bill
