J Cars Auto Sales

Marwan sold me an Audi A4 that he assured me was in good condition, as he had driven it as a personal vehicle. The car got a check engine light as soon as we reached freeway speed (when I politely asked if he knew about this issue he blocked me so I could not rate them on marketplace), which we found was due to the turbo needing replaced. Additionally, the car was POURING fuel when we filled the tank. We had to replace the back seat and fuel pump lock ring. I should’ve known something was wrong when we checked the codes and he kept asking if anything was coming up. Be very careful and take long test drives.

This guy is a thief and a scam artist. He sold us a bad car. While driving the car from the dealership we had to have the car towed it wouldnt even make it to my house. I contacted him to have it towed back to his shop and he wouldn't answer any calls. He's not a licensed car salesman and he lies and don't tell the truth about the cars he sells. He told us there was no mechanical issues. He sold us a lemon. I have contacted the police department and will be contacting a lawyer. I'm just trying to warn others to make sure he don't do the same to someone else.

Poor service and bad motor… Had the truck about 7 weeks motor went on it.. a piston blew through the engine.. contacted them and they said it’s probably because I did something.. I barely drove..they said u drove it out of the lot and it was working.. I didn’t expect them to pay me anything back or even take care of it as I bought it as sold as seen.. did not expect the motor to go onit in 7 weeks also the fact that they blaming me for it when In fact it was a bad motor.. replacing the motor is costing me half the price of the truck. Also arrived to get my plates and I was told someone will be here at 12pm I called him and he said he will be here in 20 mins waited an hour before someone came. Extremely poor service and quality of the vehicle. Expensive mistake buying from here. Overal

If there was a negative star rating I’d give it to this garbage, shady dealing company. Bought a car that literally had catastrophic engine failure within 50 miles and they acted like it absolutely was not their problem and all they could do was complain that I was understandably rude. DO NOT do business with these people!

Scamed my little sister out of a Nissan car took 3000 dollars from her haven’t even had the car for 24 hours stopped on us on the way home from getting the car come to find out the transmission is bad I have contacted the police and made a report
