I cannot recommend this company enough, they are incredible. The genuine, courteous, and caring customer service from a family business is something very special these days. My car died as I was pulling into the parking lot to pick up my dog who had just had eye surgery in Bowie and of course it was the worst possible time: end of the business day and rush hour. Jerry and his son-in-law Jamar could not have been nicer in coming to my rescue. Not only did they tow my car to my garage on Capitol Hill but they dropped me and my groggy pup home afterwards. I am SO grateful for their kindness and professionalism. If you ever need a tow, I can't recommend them enough. THANK YOU Jerry and Jamar!

Towed a BMW X1 with dead battery from inside of the garage. The dispatcher provided updates of driver in route, Driver was on time despite rush hour traffic, very professional and friendly attitude. Outstanding service! I will use JClinton Towing again and recommend their services.
