J & D Auto Collision

For about five years I’ve been taking my personal and company vehicles to J&D. My problem is that I am to picky about my vehicles and in the past when I used other repair shops I would dread it because they never came out perfect. Now that I have found J&D I’ll only go there. Every time my vehicles have come out it’s like they were never damaged. They may not be the cheapest but I prefer perfection. They take the time to remove glass or trim so that they don’t get overspray. They really know what they are doing. One time I noticed something not right and they took my vehicle back right away and fixed it and I didn’t have to wait. I highly recommend J&D if you want your car to look like it was never damaged.

This body shop did an excellent job on my daughters 2025 Kia K4 rear damage. I’m beyond grateful. Paint is on POINT!!! Exact match to factory Fitment is excellent no issues or complaints Customer service was top notch. Everything was explained to us in detail f the entire process including what would also happen with our insurance. They kept their word on updating you on every step of what happening through the process. I never had to make a phone call to them Thank you for everything J & D!! I’m actually very hurt to even write this review. It took over 3 weeks to get a simple diesel casing cover replaced. They could not communicate with my insurance in a timely manner nor has it been resolved as of yet. (Payment wise) The person helping me was not very helpful at all. She had the front receptionist call me for things she should had been reaching out to me for. Ultimately I had to contact my insurance and go into the shop over 3 times to get my issue resolved.

I picked up my Ford raptor yesterday, and I am so gratefully. Appreciative of the way I was treated. at J&D, Collision Great repairs, My vehicle looks great. 10/10 recommend.

They service here is great. Got my vehicle fixed within the promised time. Process was quick and easy and communication from staff was as expected. Hope I dont need Collison repair again but if I do I will be coming here.
