Great customer service and willingness to provide the best possible services.

Very unprofessional. They were doing an insurance estimate for me. When they found out that we were not leaving the car to be repaired, (even though my wife had already told them we hadn't decided where we would be getting the work done) they got an attitude. They said they were canceling the estimate. I was talking to the owner, a lady came out of a back office, started raising her voice to me, lied about what my wife told her (I was beside my wife when she was on the phone), and called me a lier. I will definitely not do business with them.

They fixed my car last month, and when we picked it up he said if I had any problems to call ...well a couple weeks later, I had something making weird notices underneath the car. He got my address and within 40 minutes he was there checking out the car...3 seconds later he pulled out a tree limb. I felt so stupid...I offered to give him some money to help pay for his gas, but he refused, and said he was just glad for my business.
