Jiffy Lube

I’m new to LakeCity so when I called in on the day before Ramona explained all the different oil changes with pricing etc . I also received coupons in the mail from Jiffy Lube and Ramona answered all my questions with such understanding and sweet responses . The day I went in and got my oil change Ramona gave me a great break down of what I needed after the vehicle inspection and also offered their services . She made me feel even more comfortable because I’m a female so of course people only thing we know the basics lol but she broke everything down and time frames that I should watch out for . I will definitely be using Jiffy Lube in Lake City again for my next vehicle service especially with Ramona breaking everything down and the time frames I should watch out for within things on my v

David and all his staff at Lake City Jiffy Lube take very good care of my car and it's always service with a smile.👍😁 Yesterday I had an oil and filter change and also had a turn signal light replaced. My wait was a short one n David kept me updated while my vehicle was being serviced. ALL this great Customer service and a very reasonable price too! Wahoo!! They were fast and worked as a team, they help me learn things about my car that I had forgotten. They shared experience strength, and hope. We hope to work together again

The service was good. The manager said they were currently closed per the company, but he still did the job. He stated that since I was there he wasn't going to turn me away!! Very respectful!!!
