Called twice to check on some tires hung up on me first time called back then said well i would have to look up the prices and just set there act like it was too much trouble!!!!

Husband went there with the front tractor tire that came a little off the rim. Woman didn’t even look up from her phone to address my husband and told him to come back as everyone was at lunch. Husband went back when they came back from lunch. Everyone was sitting around and said they couldn’t fix the tire as there were people ahead of him ( as they are all sitting around ). Older man said to employees it will only take a few minutes but the son said to come back later. I’d suggest looking elseware if you need a good shop with out rude customer service. Update: husband went to SULLIVAN TIRE IN LAWRENCEBURG. he walked in, greeted kindly and didn’t wait. Owner didn’t even charge him to fix tire so if your in need for a tire shop I’d head straight to Sullivans.

They did a great job on what I needed done but they didn't communicate after to tell me if everything was good or if they saw something that could be a problem nothing at all the man came in talk to the woman and left and the women told me the price and that was it. Price and work was wonderful though.

Went to get an alignment done was told my outer tyrod was broken. Had them fix it and do the alignment. Went Monday to get new tires placed on and lug nuts was cross threaded and studs was broken. J&G told me to bring it back so they could fix there wrongs and still ended up having to pay for the labor lug nut etc. paid 180 for the outer tyrod and alignment then another 60$ for one tire to be put on and “labor” from there mess up which they didn’t even fix properly. In total costed me 240$. Don’t recommend. Keep in mind Walmart charged me 60$ for THREE new tires to be put on and balanced and rotated.

We brought our van in for a 2 wheel alignment. It was drifting to the right when the wheel was straight and also shook at high speeds. While the shaking is not as bad the van now very obviously drifts to the LEFT! They also told us it would take 1-1.5 hours and it took them THREE. Do NOT waste your money here, we are having to take our van elsewhere now!!
