I came to John & co after running over an icy snowbank in my Corolla. It bent the front fender so that it was pressing into one of my tires when I turned. I'm about to head out on a trip and needed the issue fixed urgently — J & H handled the issue at a moment's notice, were communicative and professional, and treated me with courtesy and respect. I appreciated that, as a woman, they didn't try to give me the runaround or make me feel like an idiot. I will absolutely be using them for any future repairs!

Taking my car to this shop was one of the biggest mistakes I’ve ever made. John and his team operate with an astonishing level of incompetence—calling them mechanics would be an insult to the profession. Not only did they fail to fix the original issue, but they also managed to break additional parts in the process, forcing me to spend even more money on unnecessary replacements. And to make matters worse, when they finally installed the new parts, they did it incorrectly, creating even more problems. Their work is nothing short of reckless. If you’re desperate, you’d be better off getting advice from a random employee at AutoZone—at least they wouldn’t actively make your car worse. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration, and go to a real mechanic. These guys are nothing but clue

J&H automotive service was exceptional patient accurate to diagnose and provide the process to a better end gets a five star review the diagnose was about ignition electrical setting and relay along fob key signal programming. Fair prices as well.
