J & J Auto

This shop was recommended to me by a friend so I called in and asked if they installed parts if I purchased them. They said yes. So I set an appointment to have a number of things done with probably 500 dollars worth of parts from rockauto. When I showed up with my wife, two-year-old, and 4 month old to pick up the vehicle I was informed that the parts that I provided were not good enough to be installed, they were low quality, and I would be back in there getting new parts put back on the vehicle in a few months. So without talking to me, they installed their own parts and charged me for it. Worse still I can’t return the parts since it’s outside the return window. From the video you can see the parts weren’t even opened. I got charged $1610, and I don’t appreciate being lied to and bein

Needed my car to be checked after the wrench & engine light came on. I called & they got me in right away even though he said 3 guys were out sick and they were slammed. They checked my car very quickly & recommended a place to get it fixed with what I needed done. They didn't charge me to check codes on my car. They were very nice & welcoming. Highly recommend if you need help with your car!

I had an oil change and state inspection done. The mechanics were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. The services were completed in a reasonable time. I highly recommend this business!

Such kind, thoughtful people. They deserve all the stars.I was treated like family and the atmosphere is such. Thank you J and J!

J&j automotive is the best shop around. They do a phenomenal state inspection and they do phenomenal work. At great prices. Walter really knows how to take care of his customers. It's really one of those hole-in-the-wall shops, you know what they say about hole in the wall. Food is the greatest. Well this is the hole in the wall greatest automotive shop.
