It was all good until it wasn’t. I had J and J replace A rear axle on a Lexus, but it failed after seven months. It wasn’t the actual axle that failed. It was the bolts that were supposed to be torqued to the differential, but somehow all six bolts were backed out, simply unscrewed from the differential, and of course that led to the axle coming completely undone and tearing up the axle rear bearing and part of my differential. I asked Kris to look at it and he did and mentioned that I had supplied the axle to him and he says they have no warranty on labor or parts if you bring in your own parts. I really don’t understand that. I would understand if it was the axle that failed but it wasn’t. It was the installation so. Use this as a cautionary tale.

Don’t ever go here ! You have to wait 2-3 hours for oil change because they don’t have supplies. While they wait for auto one or oreily to bring oil they mess up your car. Now my car leaks with oil ! Since I can’t reply to your message and no it did not because leaking my car would have not lasted 3 and 1/2 months. My car said so needed oil two weeks after leaving your shop which I paid $95 for an oil change. No other shop I have previously got an oil change told me I had a leak. Why didn’t you guys mention I had a leak when I got to your shop. So please save your lies. Look at all your reviews your shop is horrible and your lack of communication is just awful.

Chris is very knowledgeable and prices are reasonable. Had my vehicle fixed for some electrical quirks, he found the issue and fixed it in just a few hours, I was a walk in. Thank you Chris!

Reasonable prices and great customer service! Got an aftermarket alternator installed for my sound system and they did an excellent job. No clips broke everything put back how it was after removing the radiator, hoses and a couple other things to get to it. They were also pretty quick to get it done as well while maintaining quality work!

My car wouldn’t turn on but they fixed it here pretty fast and with a great price. I would recommend since the customer service good and good price
