I bought a car from them and a week after I tag it my transmission goes out. Had to buy new transmission $5300 plus 2000 i paid down for it I could have paid my car off but its been 3 months now im still making my car payment every month and I still have no car to drive. They would not even give me a loaner. I dont see no car dealership not knowing a transmission is bad. They sold it to me as is of course. You think they would atleast offered me something but I got nothing from them.

I just have to say that their customer service is always so wonderful. Yes they are a used car dealership. But they are better than Car-Mart. They try to help you as much as they can and they do have a limited warranty. The thing about having a used vehicle you never know what is going to happen. The deal is anything can happen with any vehicle at any time that is why it is important to always have AAA and extended warranty. I am very pleased with the professional outcome and how they do business they are far by the best and in the future I will most definitely be doing business and refer people to them to any other car dealership around Ardmore.
