I'm giving J&J 5 stars and declaring them friendly for women who do not know much about cars. My older friend told them she had just bought the used vehicle we were in from an individual rather than a dealership. She asked them to give it a quick check, change the oil, replace the taillight, and replace the worn out wipers. They were happy to do those things for her. I was fully prepared for someone to give us a list of things that needed to be done or replaced having had mechanics and car places take advantage or attempt to take advantage of my lack of knowledge regarding vehicles for most of my life.
