I came in for new tires, an oil change, and what I thought was going to be new brakes. Eric was super helpful with helping me solve an issue misdiagnosed at another service center. For two appointments in a row I was told I needed new brakes, but turns out my brakes are still in great condition and my issue was a broken Sway bar. This cost to repair was drastically cheaper than what I was preparing for. Eric also physically showed me the issue, versus just telling me. I was able to take a picture and see everything for myself. I now feel like I have found someone I can trust to tell me what’s REALLY going on with my car. I’ve used Mavis before in other locations, but this store is the best so far!

The friendliest people—customer-focused and genuinely motivated to help. While they aren’t a full mechanic shop, they went out of their way to assist and point me in the right direction. Car trouble is never fun when you’re out of town, but these folks explained what might be causing the issue and gave me clear options, all with a smile. I highly recommend them.

Amazing staff, all of them are very friendly and definitely feels like a family up here. They walked me through everything they were doing and what they looked over inspection wise, amazing service and i will be back again for my next service.
